after taking in all the information to start probate for my late wife after 6 weeks no work even started another solicitor in the practice had to take over i had to contact them about updates no e mails no phone calls or letters for progress information and when finally sorted not even an apology not very professional

We are really sorry you feel disappointed with the service that you received. Unfortunately we did have an issue when you first supplied us with the information in relation to our matter. However once this had become apparent your file was taken over by the main partner and your application was swiftly sent to the probate office. Unfortunately once an application is submitted we are not allowed to ask for updates from them for 16 weeks and so we were not able to provide you with any updates. Again, I am sorry that you were not happy with the service you were provided with.
