      we took them on from the reviews we had read wish now we hadn't bothered. nearly 2 months and not once have they contacted us, we keep chasing them with calls the receptionist says she has passed the information on and yet we do not get any call back from them. if this is how you treat your clients i don't know how it is still running we have no alternative now but to look for another solicitor due to them, the receptionist was no help at all just telling us if that is what you have got to do then you must do it when we told her we will now have to look for another solicitor. 6 weeks of calls going back and forward with them and getting nowhere at all absolutely sham of solicitors
