Excellent professional service - would always use and recommend.

Have used WS&R before and would always use again. They are a small local firm that cares about their clients, this can sometimes mean it takes longer to get a response because they are working with their clients not just for them (or their fee unlike some of the large corporate firms who will respond quickly then charge the earth!).

However the depth of knowledge cannot be faulted.

I wanted to review because I realise that during this pandemic the stamp duty relief has meant increased work for conveyancing lawyers and they have not always responded as quickly as we usually expect but it's the outcome that's important and we are very satisfied with the service we have received from WS&R.

Poor service as mortgage solicitor

I used WS&R solicitors to deal with my mortgage as a private client from Sep. 2020. Totally unsatisfied with their lack of professionalism. Always reactive. The final contract could have been done at least a month earlier had they been more pro-active, which of course cost me another month's rent as a tenant. And what is worse to me, not recognizing their mistakes, one after another.
Strongly don't recommend.

Poor service

Poor communication timing / levels

Simply did not return calls to Clients or Estate Agents

Has still not paid agents fee account as instructed to do so by bank transfer one week ago and failure to answer telephone calls and emails
Unbelievable in my book
