poole and alcock were very professional in dealing with exchanging our house buying contracts james worked to make sure we exchanged and the monies were transferred all on the same day as moving which made it all possible to go through in what was a stressful time with all the different rules regarding the covid virus,

Kimberley helped us with our recent house purchase, and was great throughout. She was always quick to reply to emails, and happy to call to talk through anything if needed. What I thought would be a very stressful process was actually quite easy with Kimberley at the helm. Would recommend to others
