We approached Oliver regarding advice over the Inquest into the death of our son. He was extremely supportive and immediately launched a Clinical Negligence claim, and we were well supported at the Inquest by a Barrister - Jerome Silva, arranged by Oliver. It has since been a long drawn out process, until we finally achieved a successful result. Throughout the whole time Oliver has always made time to explain the various stages we were going through, and honestly giving an opinion as to how the other side would react. Oliver supported by a number of staff and Slee Blackwell itself, has given us 100% of the possible resources, to make sure each challenge was fully addressed. We were supported in a sensitive claim and the service received took this into account. I could not find any cause for complaint as I felt that the solicitor we dealt with did all that she could in the case and kept us informed of progress at every step, which was important to us. She appeared very knowledgeable and gave us confidence in the process.
