Commercial property due diligence covers the checks a solicitor undertakes before a purchase, lease, or funding of a commercial property. It includes reviewing titles, leases and rent reviews, covenants and easements, restrictive rights, planning constraints, building regulations compliance, and environmental searches, plus Local Land Charges and company or land registry checks. The whole team at Pardoes were really good. It was a long winded process to complete the purchase of an indusrial unit in Somerton, which was not of Pardoes making, but they got us over the line to completion. We are more than happy with their various staff and I even use then for my own personal needs e.g. wills etc.
