All emails and phone calls were both friendly but professional. Any enquiries raised by the Buyer's solicitors were passed to us quickly and once answered by us were then forwarded to keep the matter moving.

We recently appointed TV Edwards as we needed to make some changes to the lease on our property. The solicitor that we worked with was Edwyn Traill. There were quite a few complications to the matter including the revision of existing contracts and deeds, liaising with various parties and checking the contents of historical leases. Edwyn kept us fully informed of the timeline and the progress of work. We were most impressed with how clearly he communicated everything to us, making quite complicated matters easy to understand. This led to all work being completed to an extremely high standard and in good time. We were very impressed with Edwyn and would look to use him in future.

Overall very satisfied with the service. Initial engagement (over a year ago) was excellent. Communication (via email) always clear and timely. Once chain was created progress was effective. Perhaps not quite as responsive as initial engagement, but didn’t distract from the collective aim of completing on the 14th May. Only minor annoyance during this time was that I called the office to speak to Sarah or Neil. Both were working remotely (no problem with that) but was informed they were only contactable via email. Not a message I find professional. Overall, very good and achieved the outcome we wanted. Thank you.

This was done on a Friday, when I am sure she was busy on completions. However, it saved so much time in the long run and ensured all aspects were covered ready for exchange of contracts. Personally called me when monies received on completion which was reassuring as I had left the property vacant and ready for purchaser.
