Aamir Dahaya and Jennifer Ross managed to meet a near unrealistic Completion Date,with regards to the Sale of our property. Forbes was recommended to to us by a former Client and my wife and I were at first worried to do this all on line, without ever meeting our Solicitor face to face. But it all worked out more than perfect. Aamir sometimes responded within minutes. Virtually each call I made, went straight through to him. He was always welccoming, responsive and patient (I am a little deaf). Just one suggestion. Aamir admits he is softly spoken, but I think it might be a good idea for a technical person to have look at the telephone equipment. Running a business, I have contact with many companies and inspite of being a little deaf, the sound quality of some calls is absolutely brilliant (I can supply some phone numbers). Aamir's commitment to push this through was amazing. I don't think there are many Clients who can say, that their Solicitor rang them at 8pm, to keep the ball rolling. If the Completion Date would have been missed, the Buyers would have lost their Mortgage Offer. Thank you sooooo much, Aamir, Jennifer and Forbes Solicitors. I recently used Winston Solicitors for the sale of my house. They maintained regular communication throughout, and the quoted cost was maintained, with no hidden extras. I was very happy with the service, and they have a great relationship with Cornerstone, whom I sold my house with, so everyone was always in the loop. I would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to use this local business again. Incidently I used an online cost comparison website initially, and contacted 2 companies that were at the top for the cheapest price.... Im still waiting for them to get back to me months later! So a cheaper national company is not always better, Ill always go local from now, it was also very convenient for me to be able to drive to the office in Leeds, and drop off important paperwork.
