Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. He put me at ease straight away during our initial telephone consultation. Following our consultation we scheduled a meeting to draft a statement to the courts and he guided me through next steps, including what to expect at the court case. Sharad was always available to keep me updated via telephone and email and he provided a professional and friendly service at all times. Dealing with the law can be intimidating for those that do not understand legal jargon and processes but Sharad ensured that I had a full understanding at all times. Positive experience with everyone involved at Poole Alcock from the initial exchange of emails with Chloe Heath, the file opening procedure with Eve Bright and finally the matter was progressed by Katie from Chloe Heath's team. All emails and phone calls were both friendly but professional. Any enquiries raised by the Buyer's solicitors were passed to us quickly and once answered by us were then forwarded to keep the matter moving.

Went in to this process quite stressed as previous solicitors were vague and slow to respond. Suzi was professional and attentative, responding to all my queries promptly. This level of customer service (as well as the desired end result) was key to the 5 star rating. They explained the steps involved and provided a clear breakdown of the charges, making the whole process very transparent, thus alieviating alot of the stress. Johnson Astills dealt with the purchase of a leasehold apartment. The lease was complicated with sub-leases and very little information from the vendor. Manni and Gina were tenacious and diligent - they pursued the vendor's conveyancers and kept us fully informed throughout. They did not allow our enthusiasm to purchase the property get in the way of their explanation of concerns regarding the risks involved; their approach allowed us to fully weigh the information needed to come to a decision. Advice was always prompt, personal and clear. We were readily able to contact the named solicitors. This was a complicated process and something of which we had no previous experience - their communication was simple, clear and they were always willing to explain things we had not fully grasped. I would definitely use them again.

Our underperforming supplier had three opportunities to practice equipment fit for purpose. They then said the plant was out of warranty and that we had no claim due to terms of the contract with them. Tollers were more positive about our likely success in litigation and efficiently negotiated with our suppliers solicitors to a successful settlement.
