We are first time buyers and have just completed the purchase of our house, and we cannot thank Andrew enough for the conveyance process. The process was not easy due to onward chain issues and the sellers' side was terrible in responding to us. However, we are very thankful that Andrew has maintained clear communication with us, even when there were no progress to update at all. Therefore, although the slow process was frustrating, we never had to worry about missing anything on our side. As we knew nothing about the conveyance process, we had a lot of questions during every step of the transaction, and Andrew was very patient to explain everything clearly to us. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received and would definitely find Andrew again if we have any conveyance need again in the future.

Having used Moss previously they were my first point of call for conveyancing on a new house purchase. From the outset they were communicative and flexible and made accommodations for a slightly unusual purchase that online conveyancing companies had flat refused. Once conveyancing began proper it Michelle was communicative and incredibly thorough, exactly what you want for such a large and potentially stressful event. I highly recommend Moss.

Very poor experience at the start with the first solicitor assigned to our file, to the point we were looking to go elsewhere, we received little to no communication, poor response times if any at all.. We were then contacted by Sanche Tutter from the conveyance team (thankfully the first solicitor had gone on annual leave and Sanche had been passed our file) from there onwards the service was absolutely faultless, great communication throughout, always kept in contact & kept us up to date with every little detail even whilst Sanche was ill he was contacting us from home and keeping us informed with what was happening with our property purchase, We had some dealings with other members of staff in-between and unfortunately the experience was as poor as the first solicitor assigned but for Sanche’s service alone we will be leaving a 5 star review.

As FTB we are so glad we went with Johnson Astills and were lucky enough to be assigned to Anjali. Johnson Astills were very efficient from the beginning. Anjali kept us updated at each stage without overloading us with information. If we had any questions these were responded to very quickly. We didn't need to call as our emails were always responded. Overall the process was very smooth and no delays from our solicitors so we are very happy and would recommend them.
