I have been through not just the sale from h*ll but two sales that fell through and one that fell through, revived and finally after a ridiculously long time manged to complete yesterday. Throughout that time my solicitor Kirsty Trevis and her assistant Nicky Tillyer went above and beyond to keep me informed, keep me sane and the sale on track. I have been a property owner for 45 years and this was truly the worst experience of my property buying life. I live far away from Minehead and Kirsty and I never met. But the saddest thing about completing yesterday is we will never have a purpose to be in touch again! If you want a solicitor who is not just good at her job but a thoroughly nice person, ask for Kirsty (and Nicky!)
