I recently worked with Yunus Patel at Setfords while staircasing and purchasing an additional 50% share in my shared ownership flat in London. I would highly recommend him. As often happens with property transactions, everything progressed smoothly until the final 48 hours, when a last-minute issue arose with the housing association.
