      Steph Lyke and SAS Daniels were recommended to me, and I couldn't be happier with the service they gave me over the last few months. We were selling a property, extending a lease, and negotiating a house purchase, all concurrently. Steph was exactly what I wanted - and needed! - from a solicitor: absolutely on top of her brief, an excellent communicator, and most importantly, I always felt like she was fighting my corner during any negotiations with other solicitors. In other words, I felt the necesary work was being done by a team that were experts in their field - very reassuring during a stressful time. I live in London, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SAS Daniels to anyone either in the Cheshire area or further afield.
