Jaiker is such a genuine, kind, caring person. He recently assisted me with a criminal case at crown court and from the moment he introduced himself he helped me and my family feel relaxed and reassured that he was there to help me, and to get the best outcome possible. Jaiker’s caring nature shone through throughout a very stressful time in mine and my family’s lives. His empathy and understanding towards my situation speaks volumes of his character and the values he has. His knowledge and work ethic is unmatched. Just one of many examples I could use is that Jaiker would check in with me long after we left court to ensure I was okay, to ask if I had any question's and pass on advice for the next day. Something which he did not need to do as his day had finished and he could have turned his phone off and continued his evening at his own leisure but he didn’t, he went the extra mile. Whenever I thanked Jaiker for what he was doing for me he would always modestly reply “you don’t have to thank me” but I feel that my gratitude towards him and my barrister Derek is something I could never express enough. Jaiker has such a bright career ahead of him and is an absolute credit to Straw and Pearce. I cannot fault Straw and Pearce in any way for the way they have supported me, and without Jaiker and Derek I would not be able to put this ordeal behind me and move forward with my life as the outcome could have been very different. I firmly believe if it wasn’t for Jaiker and Derek I wouldn’t be sat here writing this message from my home address. I will be forever grateful to Jaiker and Derek for believing in me and I hold them in the highest regard and wish them both the very best in their careers and in their personal lives.
