      I am extremely happy with the exemplary service I received from Craig Williams of B P Collins. Despite this being a lengthy case (through no fault of his own), Craig was able to recall every detail at any time and made perfect sense of what appeared to me to be a jumble of evidence. He informed me of any developments immediately and responded to my emails almost instantly, often out of office hours and at weekends. His letters to the other side were concise, forthright and authoritative but polite. He worked hard to keep my costs to a minimum and gave accurate estimates for each stage of his work. His ability to think outside the box was remarkable and his legal knowledge outstanding. He certainly went over and above the call of duty to secure a good settlement for me, which I am certain would not have been possible without his expertise and dedication.
