A brief description, in later 2021 I was accused by my then ex partner (girlfriend) of stalking and even worse. Subsequently I was arrested and later charged with that offence. On first being arrested I was given a duty solicitor Firm of Solicitors from Sheffield first, and on my first court appearance they pursuaded me that it would be in my best interest to plead guilty (even tho I had always said I was innocent), cut a long story short, the next morning I felt really ill that a solicitor let me plead guilty knowing I had protested my innocence. So I asked a friend who recommended Howells Solicitors in Sheffield, I was immediately put in contact with a lady called Mary Rose McCadam a Solicitor from Howells. And I have to say following 9 court visits, today the magistrates concluded there was no case for me to answer. All I can say is that Mary Rose, was an upmost professional from the get go, she had faith and believed in me. She appointed experts to help my defence and disprove the crowns case. Today's outcome, is testament to the hard work that Mary Rose and her colleagues at Howells have provided myself. If anybody finds themselves needing legal representation, in my experience, I would put Howells Solicitors at the very top of that list.
