I had been accused of a serious crime that I did not commit! Peter Green was my solicitor during this 18 month ordeal, he was fully supportive always available when I needed him (whenever that would be) Having seen the accusation he worked so hard to build my case, and always kept me up to date with what was happening with regards to my barrister Mr Davies. Mr Green believed in me and that helped so much as I felt hopeless at times. His secretary Maureen was so kind and friendly making me feel welcome each and every time I had an appointment. I didn’t feel like I was just another client. Through this terrible time both Mr Green, Mr Davies and Maureen were nothing but outstanding. The truth prevailed and I was found not guilty in the crown court! Thankyou

I recently engaged Hannah Costley after being asked to attend a voluntary police interview. Having never been in trouble of any kind before I was incredibly distressed, Hannah recognised this and was proactive in immediately making contact with the police and taking as much of the stress away as she could. Hannah was understanding, compassionate and most importantly she listened to me. Her advice was broken down in a clear and concise way so that I had a clear understanding of next steps and she kept me fully up to date with where things were upto. Thankfully and no doubt thanks to Hannah's representations the matter was closed hours after my interview however Hannah continued to advocate for me after the fact when the police tried to impose unfair conditions. When already in a very distressing situation it can feel even more overwhelming having to reach out to a legal representative for help for fear of being judged however I can assure anyone finding themselves in a similar situation to the one I was in, after just the first few minutes of speaking with Hannah you will feel completely supported and the burden will feel less! I can't thank you or recommend you enough Hannah!

We are utterly thrilled with the outcome of this case and want to thank you all on helping to successfully bring this case to a close. Andrew was absolutely brilliant - our heartiest thanks for his invaluable integrity, commitment, support and hard work. When K walked out, after a huge hug from me, two members of the jury came up to him, congratulated him, wished him well for the future and made a point of saying that they were all immediately and unanimously in agreement on the Not Guilty verdict. I asked if they were mothers and both were mothers of five! Nevertheless, we feel that there should be a further case against the police for the maltreatment, unnecessary harassment and humiliation, assault, loss of earnings and opportunities caused by this case. I was asked to attend police interview under caution. This was extremely unsettling and deeply worrying, a psychologically horrible experience. Leanne Brown met me at the police station and prior to interview took me through the procedure I faced, giving me full time required to state facts as client, and to our timetable without being put under external pressure before we were ready to start. During interview Leanne was supportively robust, intervening with the police officers to challenge them when they stretched their remit. I would not have wanted to be in interview without legal representation, and I feel fortunate and grateful to have had Leanne Brown as my solicitor. The police did not proceed further with their investigation.
