My existing case file with this firm was reallocated to Bronte following the departure of a colleague (who had originally handled the contentious probate dispute claim which I was undertaking), having previously contacted them as specialists in this particular field. After a number of initial exchanges to clarify the past history of my case, Bronte duly demonstrated a clear understanding and ability to progress matters on my behalf whilst at the same time providing sound advice and solid legal direction. Her efficient and capable manner, as well as her kind and patient communication, was very much appreciated throughout this recent (and difficult) period, as was the expert knowledge and continued support she offered during her measured consideration of the merits of my case. She readily exhibited all the professional characteristics I would seek in a solicitor dealing with a dispute of this nature - empathetic, pragmatic, realistic, confident and reliable - she is a credit to her firm and I would highly recommend her services (alongside that of her current colleagues - an honourable mention to Jen and Naomi here for their own contributions) without hesitation to anyone requiring legal representation at a level which (in my own experience) appears to be a cut well above many of her firm's competitors.
