      I found working with Micheal refreshing and satisfying. Any email l sent along for info the speed at which l received a reply was reassuring. I found myself in a tight spot and with copious previous convictions stretching back 35 year. I considered myself a losing cause due to the enormity of my previous. But because l had got some spent time behind meand Micheal's attention to detail and his efforts to chase me down... even though I'd made a mistake and missed an oppointment Micheal said don't worry about it I'll get you in again well before the court got a face to face. He knew l knew how important that is in these situations and put me at ease right away. I thought, 'oh, gosh I'm fine now because I've messed up the dates and times' but l want to finish on this, it was a real pleasure and a comfortable outcome do hats off, thanks Micheal, your a gent.
