      Ellesse and Sophie at Clarkes Solicitors made the process of a legal clean break consent order following my divorce a straightforward process. At first we had an initial discussion to get the process started and file opened. Then I left everything to Ellesse and Sophie and they guided me through the options in my case and asked for my instructions after considering the options. Eventually we got to the stage where my ex-wife and I agreed on the consent order and this was approved in court by a judge. The whole process probably took 9 months. A friend of mine who had recently divorced told me to get the consent order in place as otherwise an ex wife can claim on future income, inheritance etc. in years to come. Its a mutually advantageous legal order which protects both sides in the future so my ex got this for free while I paid for everything! Great advice and Ellesse and Sophie made this happen. It was also nice not to have to deal directly with my ex wife as this was a highly volatile situation where I had decided to end the marriage. Highly recommended (Using Clarkes solicitors that is and not getting divorced! unless you are unhappy of course in which case I would also highly recommend divorce!)
