Throughout the long, and frustrating period of my house purchase and eventual move, Mrs Rajah was a pleasant and compassionate lady, who......fortunately.......has a sense of humour, and understands what a customer has to endure. Having not an experience such as this before, I was astounded to discover that solicitors never speak to each other on the phone. Presumably this is the code of practice. But it works heavily AGAINST the customer, and it was quite evident to me that many of the long periods of delay could have been avoided, if better communication between both sides were permitted. But Mrs Rajah has to operate within the strict rules of her profession. I would like to thank Sonia, in particular.......one of Mrs Rajah's staff, who fielded more calls from me, than any other member of the team, and who displayed great patience, even when my own patience was reaching it's limit. This was helpful. But the whole experience has been extremely difficult for me, I do NOT intend to move house again, as the prospect of undergoing this whole process again would be pretty intolerable. I applaud those workers, like Mrs Rajah, and Sonia.......who manage to bring humanity to their profession, in the face of unbelievable bureaucracy. I wish the whole team all the best for the future.
