Leaseholder disputes with a management company cover conflicts over service charges, maintenance of communal areas and compliance with lease terms. A solicitor practising in this area helps leaseholders review the lease, scrutinise service charge accounts and budgets, and challenge unreasonable costs or failures to follow correct procedures. They may also negotiate directly with the management company, prepare formal notices or raise disputes in the courts or tribunals. The work often hinges on how the lease and relevant statutes are applied to shared facilities and funding for major works.

Tagged solicitor Kirsty Trevis
This was actually my 10th property move since 1969. I can honestly say that I have found Kirsty Trevis the best I have encountered. And not only her; there were odd occasions when she had to be absent but other very well qualified Maitland Walker staff were available to stand in. No hesitation in recommending.
