We were first time buyers so the process can be overwhelming, however Poole Alcock were very friendly helpful staff and everything we received was very easy to understand. We were kept updated on the run up to completion on what was happening and were able to get in touch should we need to. Would highly recommend. Thank you Poole Alcock

Purchase of new home. I was very impressed with the service I received from Claire Jenkins and her team. The level of communication exceeded expectations. The purchase of my new home couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thanks again. Sarah
