From first contact to last, Shazia offered clear and objective advice on how to proceed all delivered with compassion and professionalism. Shazia ensured that I was able to reach a satisfactory resolution within the required timescale, even taking time out of personal leave for this. By the end of the process, I had been made fully aware of each part of the agreement through effective explanation. Shazia highlighted a number of deficiencies in the agreement and ensured that these were rectified through great communication with my employer. I got intouch with Richard Nelson's after needing help with a contract regarding mutually agreed redundancy, but due to the contract not containing the correct information by the time I got the correct version I only had two days left before it had to be signed and returned. I rang and was assured that someone would be able to help me, I was give an appointment for the next day and met Jayne Harrison, she was brilliant! She read through the contents with me pointing out several mistakes, she got straight in touch with my employer and got them amended . I have one last part to complete in January. I am so glad that I chose Richard Nelson's as after much stress they dealt with my situation extremely quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any legal advice.

Initial instructions were taken and quickly passed onto Claire Collinge who telephoned me to advise on my impending redundancy. There were very tight deadlines to meet in dealing with the situation and Claire prioritised my matter to ensure these were met. I received prompt, comprehensive, and considered advice which was both technically legally detailed but in an understandable form. The advice was not just technical but sensible and pragmatic. Agreement was reached with my employer and Claire reviewed the proposed agreement, made suggested amendments which would be to my benefit and successfully negotiated these important terms in the proposed agreement. Claire was quick and efficient throughout (the whole matter was dealt with from inception to conclusion in the space of one working week, pretty exceptional I think, when all was not even agreed at the outset). Claire picked up and understood the situation very thoroughly with little difficulty. Her advice was clear and concise and it was evident that she had given the matter full consideration before advising me on how to progress. Her contact with me was friendly and she took on board my thoughts, views and aims at every point of the matter. Overall I was extremely impressed by the way Claire handled the matter and unreservedly recommend anyone with an employment issue to use Claire’s services
