I contacted Nelson’s on the recommendation of another client and was allocated Melanie Brigden. After the initial consultation I was more than confident that Melanie and of course Melanie 2 could handle this somewhat difficult case! Initially I went with a child arrangement order which both parents objected to but Melanie soon dealt with their objections and the order was given … I went for an SGO order as well and although it’s wasn’t granted didn’t feel it was anything to do with the lack of attention to detail by Melanie her hands were tied by social worker recommendation. This still didn’t stop Melanie pushing in court for the best outcome possible on the day .. I am totally happy my granddaughter gets to grow up in a safe , loving and stable future. I would recommend the two Melanie’s and employ them again in a minute .

I highly recommend Cartwright King solicitors. My solicitor Chet Desai was there to support and guide me throughout the case from the very beginning until the very end. He was always there to give me advice and explain to me the proceedings throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he always got back to me promptly whenever I need to ask something about my case. he was very committed and genuinely cared, highly professional and did an amazing job. Thanks to him and his team I got a great outcome from court and I am really happy with how it all turned out. I have been working with Sarah Greaves at Straw & Pearce for just under a year, and throughout that time she has been absolutely exceptional.
