Where do I start. Approximately 3 years ago I purchased a supercar from a London supercar outlet. Almost immediately after my purchase, it became obvious that the car was sick with many problems & issues. For several months the car went back & forth to London to be repaired. In the end, I thought enough is enough. After speaking to several other supercar friends, I was recommended to speak to Mr Billy Smith of Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP, in the hope that he could help me. Well that was the start of a 3 year odyssey that Billy & myself found ourselves travelling. After very many communications, phone calls & emails, Billy finally got me the result I had been seeking 3 years earlier. The car was sent to a Mclaren outlet for a long hospital stay & came back to me as an incredible reliable fun to own & drive supercar. All the costs for which the car dealer paid to have carried out plus the legal costs. It was very expensive for the car outlet. This result was only due to Billy's dedication, knowledge, experience, common sense, diligence, perseverance, foresight & above all else, not losing sight of his clients feelings & needs. It took 3 years to get to this letter of recommendation but I am so glad that I was introduced to Billy Smith. He is a solicitor not to take for granted.
