There were many a tear and frustration filled conversation (that I’m not quite sure her role required) but honestly, I am forever grateful. Once you get used to the remote working, I found things went well. The financial settlement and the actual divorce application were handled by different teams but the communication was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The process cost more than I'd hoped but that was down to the other party.

Was taken to Family Court and was so nervous, for months i struggled as the court date approached. As soon as Sonia was allocated to me, everything just became such a breeze. It felt amazing to finally be heard and understood by someone who truly cares about what they're doing. Her communication was clear, I was about to reach out regarding any questions I may have. I came to Nikki extremely nervous and scared because I didn’t know what to expect from the family court system. I feel like I have been wrongly accused of things therefore was in a state of panic. Nikki reassured me that she would do everything possible to make things ok for me and to let her try and take some of that worry away from me. She is easy to talk to, extremely friendly which has helped me open up to her. She has made me feel more at ease and has talked me through every step of the way with care and compassion. My case has now been closed and I could not have asked for a Better outcome. I would not like think how I would feel without Nikki helping me, she has honestly made this awful situation a whole lot better for me. Friendly, extremely professional , gets back to me quickly… thank you very much Nikki.

Highly recommend Shama butt & Olaolu Awosanya especially to any parent going through the family court with children with additional and complex needs as it was fully focused on them and their needs, as I suffer from anxiety they made the whole process as comfortable as it could be and delt with sensitive matters such as domestic violence amazingly. Would highly recommend using this company for family law. There is a perception in society that once you involve solicitors in a divorce it gets ‘nasty’ but having the legal side covered regarding finances in a firm that puts your mind at ease, is fair, patient and has a set fee so you know financially where you stand in a very uncertain time in your life is priceless. My case wasn’t straight forward but Kelly Grigg was amazing to have by my side and helped to reduce the stress, very personable and professional.
