I contacted Stowe (my base was handled by Rebecca Finnigan, Alexandra Martin and Kelsey Faulkner) when I was placed in a position where I wasn’t allowed to see my daughter and false abuse allegations were made against me. It was very tough. At that point I really needed strong, honest and talented solicitors. Thanks to my solicitors (and the barrister they advised) I’ve been able to work through the allegations and now I see my daughter again and it’s going very well actually. It’s a painful and far too slow process, but i would recommend Stowe highly, as a solid partner in hard times.

I contacted Joel on the recommendation of a family member for help with what I feel was not a straightforward case. After nearly 2 years of not being heard Joel took on my case and became a voice for me that would be listened to, he made what was a very difficult time for me a whole lot easier. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a way that I could understand throughout the proceedings and I was always given very realistic expectations of what the outcomes might be when attending court. Joel always kept me informed and up to date when communicating with the other parties on my behalf. I feel joel went above and beyond to support me, for which I am extremely grateful. I do feel that If it hadn’t been for Joel representing me, I may not have got the outcome that I wanted and deserved regarding my case.

Sherena was appointed to our case when one of our solicitors has left the company. Sherena has been a total supportive and helpful solicitor. She comes to us prepared, knowing/telling us what is needed, and if we have any nuances of situation where we were worried (e.g. whether going on holidays would make a difference in the total time being in London, etc), we were always comfortable to reach out to her to ask her about this, and she re-assures us and let us know (pointer: she knows how to operational-ise legal terms on how that would impact us and our applications in the future, etc). She has been very patient with our worries and concerns; and addresses them in a timely manner! She is highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments. She has been very gracious with us, and super helpful and supportive. This has greatly impact us in knowing that we can just leave things to her, and whatever we ask/query/worry about - she will definitely try her best to support.
