Divorce is a horrible experience, but having an expert in family law who is sympathetic and human can mitigate some of this experience. Amy was both of these. Amy helped me through my divorce to a satisfactory conclusion. She was helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. She made some of the more complicated aspects of this process clear and understandable. This is very important, as you are trying to deal with a very emotional experience whilst trying to ensure you maintain a clear head with a view to what is best for you in the long term. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone who is need of these types of services.

The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.

It is hard to put into words my heartfelt gratitude to Paul Reay. At a time when you’re faced with a false criminal case alongside a messy divorce and child alienation proceedings, you need someone by your side who is empathetic and a star within the family litigation process. Likewise, being a foreigner in the country without any familial support, Paul was someone whom I could depend on. He made me feel at ease, providing excellent valuable advice and guided me through every step of the way. With Paul’s advice and expertise, we were victorious in all the child arrangement hearings without the need for ‘Finding of Fact Hearing’ and I was able to see my child after a gap of one year. Paul also handled the financial matters in my divorce proceedings and fiercely negotiated for a clean break obtaining the outcome we desired. I cannot thank Paul enough for his professional ability but also for his empathetic nature, whom I can now call a friend and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Shama butt & Olaolu Awosanya especially to any parent going through the family court with children with additional and complex needs as it was fully focused on them and their needs, as I suffer from anxiety they made the whole process as comfortable as it could be and delt with sensitive matters such as domestic violence amazingly. absolutely have no worlds to say thank you to Lucy Newton and Abigail David they made the impossible become possible. My earlier solisyter who was recommended me by IDVA and rating like really good couldn’t help me with discharge PSO over 1,5 years when I moved to Lucy care - she did it less then few months time , despite any bariste suggestions : it’s not point even trying it because is more then sure judge will not discharge it before final hearing- she manage to did it , using her professional knowledge and experience This matte was really important and specially delicate for me like I’m oryginaly from Poland and my little boy wasn’t allowed meet grandparents or any other member my family via controlling behaviour of my ex- partner This cause loads of distress and had significant effect on my and my little boy life, but Lucy just did it , despite any logical arguments : this would be not possible at the stage of our case , because of her hard work and professional knowledge what she use she made not possible become to possible I do believe there is no thing impossible at family court for her and no words expressing my gratitude Highly recommended
