      Whilst dealing with Family matters can always be a tough, Sophie held my hand from the beginning to the end and I personally feel that without this, and whilst going through such an ordeal, I wouldn't have been able to cope. Through the turmoils of dealing with Social Services, Court, Doctors, Police, the level of professionalism alongside a personal and heartfelt touch was always welcomed from Sophie. She personally flexed her style to understand my personality and my needs and fully supported me, clearly explained, and always followed up with a telephone call - of which were never short, as I need the detailed fully explained in a greater depth. Sophie, with her calming and soft nature, understood what was needed and what wasn't and I felt like she was the only one fighting my corner, which is always a great help especially where there are so many professionals having opinions. Even after her part was over, she would always check in and make sure I was ok, and always had her door open for any little questions I may have. Sophie is a credit to the profession and firm and I just want to thank you so much for everything. Thank you Sophie <3
