I was referred to this firm to deal with a Family Matter. I was appointed Mr Ashar Khan. In our first initial conversation, he was very approachable, understanding and supportive towards my situation and circumstances. All credit is due to Ashar as he made me feel secure at the first instance because of his approach. He understood what I needed without me having to repeat myself. I was treated with the upmost respect by him when I usually get judged because of my incapacities. Ashar was more than accommodating and would explain things in detail for me. He was very patient and took his time to make sure I was ok throughout the process. My anxiety got the better of me without no fault of my own, but Ashar was always there to reassure me and never took it personally and always kept it professional. I felt valued as a client and even as a person in general. There was so many times I wanted to give up, it became too overwhelming for me from the start, but he made it his business to make sure that he had everything under control. Coming to this process, historically, I was devalued as a person and this causes a person trauma, whereas Ashar recognised my qualities and strengths. He went above and beyond when he didn’t always needed to. I was assisted with statements because I couldn’t fathom paperwork. Ashar made my process so easeful that all I had to focus on was my own well being. After the process has now been completed, I look back and can see how thorough, jargon free and exceptional the work that was put into my case. E.g; - [ ] Arranging barristers who were prompt, informative, polite and clearly of the highest standards. They were amazing in representing me, in such a thoughtful and professional manner. - [ ] I was unsure of the certainty of things to be to done in a timely manner, but Ashar remained in a strong and confident manner with the hurdles that did eventually come in the way. Even though I was panicking, Ashar’s passion for his work shown through in his belief of his work and striving for the desired outcome. - [ ] Ashar's work ethic is nothing less than exceptional, he really wants the best for the client and will make it his mission to do everything to get it. His professionalism is 10/10, from the start to finish in this case. From the initial meeting and draft of the case matter, running through what is expected and getting me ready, pre hearing, arranging barristers, communication with Barristers and the quality of their work as individuals. - [ ] Ashar was very thoughtful and courteous towards me by relaying with the court for special requirements. - [ ] Consistency with updates and availability straight after the hearing/being available for any urgent updates was an amazing support and reassurance. This was very impressive. - [ ] The paperwork Ashar composed for me in this case was impeccable. I seriously cant thank him enough to have my voice heard the way it was because of him. The quality of the service provided by him was outstanding. - [ ] Ashar was genuinely concerned for my well being. I felt valued as a person and I felt I was believed. In conclusion I recommend Ashar Khan to anyone who is going through a distressful situation. He eased the process physically/mental and took that burden from me. He is an asset to the Company he represents, and should be applauded for his dedication to his career. His work ethic is to the highest of standards and has an amazing skillset to build strong rapport with his client. These are very important factors when going through court proceedings as you can trust him whole heartedly with the quality of work he provides. His team fought and believed in my desired outcome, regardless I am highly satisfied with the final decision made. This was because Ashar articulated my voice in a flawless manner.
