Frances Bentley turned out to be one of my lifetimes best pieces of luck. I say this as my experience with Frances started via an internet search for `best family lawyer` and up popped the name Frances Bentley of McAlister. That was the lucky element of my experience and the rest I would summarise as a highly professional, value for money and objective management of a complex case . Plus France was a delight to work with as her mind is Frances best asset. Why do I say this? Frances listened and learnt well as mine was a complex case involving international legal jurisdictions and multiple assets in both the UK and Japan. Frances adapted quickly her knowledge of the UK family law to my case and fully engaged in getting up to speed with the legal implications of Japan family law, which at best is challenging. Frances has a trap door memory and this proved priceless in recalling both my specific facts over an 18 month period and case law on the hoof when challenged by judges during hearings. I should add that the entirety of my case was held across the Covid period and as such all hearings and meeting were online, again another element managed very well across multiple time zones. Frances is professionally well connected with learned barristers and if your case requires it, you can trust Frances to pair you with the right representation.
