I would very strongly recommend Stowe Family Law. I have used Stowe for various legal proceedings for children’s and family finance related cases and they have been excellent. Throughout litigation, I have dealt with many members of staff at Stowe and they have all been extremely helpful and competent. I instructed Orla O’Connor for the legal proceedings. Orla is incredibly knowledgable and thorough, offering sound advice and managing my case, which was particularly challenging at times, very professionally. Orla was able to achieve my desired outcome at the final hearing and conclusion of my child order application. I cannot recommend Orla (and Stowe) highly enough !

I probably wouldn’t have gotten to where I got to as quickly and efficiently as I did without your help. Even when I was slightly hesitant with a few things, you basically advised me to stick to my gut feeling and stand my ground with what was right, whether it hurt other parties or not. As I wasn’t there for anyone else’s feelings other than the kids and my own. So I am ever so grateful for you and other parties involved that helped me to achieve what I achieved. It wasn’t the easiest to do, to say the least. We all know that, especially not in the circumstances they were in either, but what road doesn’t have a few bumps along the way? Going through the process of applying for a child court order was something I dreaded. It was emotionally challenging and it felt overwhelming at times, but having the right solicitor made all the difference. Alex represented me in our child arrangements case regarding my two sons. It was a very tough time in my life being a working Dad with both of my sons living full time with me and being a victim of domestic violence. Alex has been very empathetic and professional throughout the case and has drawn her expertise and experience to draw the case to an efficient close. Legal support can be deemed very costly and it is always daunting to employ legal services when there is no cost certainty of how much you will eventually spend. Alex and the team were very transparent with costs and kept me aware of spend throughout the process. Due to Alex's experience she was able to close the matter with court during case management which halted me having to go through unnecessary hearings and spend money unnecessarily. Alex suggested consideration of the use of a specialist barrister to help the case, and the combination of the barrister and Alex was a superbly professional team who efficiently drew matters to a relieving and successful close. Have no doubt, you are in excellent hands with Alex.
