Very professional solicitor but also very helpful & friendly to deal with . Helen helped us to put a little pressure on my brothers by asking for them to agree to what we had in our business account was to be split three way between the three brothers & to agree to the figure I had got it too before the exchange of contracts . Which by doing so it helped to bring the business to a amicable conclusion in a roundabout way so Helen did a good professional job on the transfer of properties which was quite complex because of there being 3 residential properties & 1 commercial property plus some of the property’s were the wife’s as well so as I say it was. quite complex

I first contacted Forbes in June 2021, I was assigned to Tom Howcroft who called to start the process gathering specific information regarding the property dispute. Throughout the process, Tom was faced with unimaginable hurdles from the opposition to which he responded quickly and accordingly! Tom was always available via email or phone however if for whatever reason he wasn't, an automated email would always be attached or a message would be left and he would contact me back at his earliest convenience. As previously said, the process started in June 21 and completed today (13th May 22) the turn around from the frim has been astronomical considering the case was extremely complicated. Towards the final stages of the dispute I was recommended a further solicitor to complete the transfer, Aamir Dahya who again is an asset to the firm! Aamir introduced herself via email explaining the next steps and cost before proceeding, again always available via email or phone. Today I received the email I longed for, the transfer is now complete! I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank the frim but specifically Tom Howcroft and Aamir Dahya for their continued efforts and consistency in my case! I hope to not require the firm again but without question I know who I would contact!

Kim Nielson was my solicitor with Hewitts. Without her help in resolving issues with my late wifes family, I would definitely have suffered financially and mentally. There is very little you can do to resolve issues between yourself and someone that just wants to make life very difficult for yourself. This is where you need proffessional help with a very good solicitor. Kim Nielson was that solicitor who certainly gave me all the assistance I needed to resolve as many issues as possible. Unfortunately proffessional help comes at a cost, but sometimes you have to look beyond the expense and get the problem sorted before it or they escalate beyond help. I would always recommend Hewitts Solicitors who employ the best possible help you may need.
