I cannot be more grateful to Lindsay, throughout a very distressing time. To say the least I would recommend her 100%! Her conduct was not only very professional, but kind and down to earth. She made my family feel valued and supported. Lindsays communication with us was constant, replying by text, when she was unable to speak directly, giving reassurance when needed. She communicated everything we needed to know, throughly & made sure everything was understood, at every point of her service. At no point did we feel that there were any concerns of neglect, towards us or the situation we were dealing with. Lindsay remained focused and gave us peace of mind.
