      We had used them with a previous estate agent (Cavendish iken) but that sale fell through after survey and no fees were charged to us despite them having completed all the work. 2 years later we sold again via a different agent, and this time chose Poole Alcock again (not on this estate agents panel) as they had completed all the work last time but got no payment for it. Contacted them direct to instruct, but they advised as that as we had come to them via a panel last time, we would have to take that route again, and this was despite the substantial proportion of the fees that this panel would take. Whilst I was a little disappointed as I would have preferred Poole Alcock to have all the fees, it is a good example of the ethics employed by James and his team. This enforced by view that they have good values, and would do the right thing in representing us. This sale went through, and I have since recommended them to my father who was looking to make a property transaction.

      In short words my experience with Stowe was great. I was automatically drawn to the team's professionalism which is very important to me, especially dealing with such sensitive matters. Zoe's advice was tailored to my situation and made sure I had the opportunity to voice my worries and concerns. I felt I was being heard and also taken seriously. Zoe worked closely with me and worked proactively to make sure things were done in the fastest and most efficient possible manner. I was skeptical about instructing a solicitor however Zoe and the team did not disappoint and had a great experience with them overall.
