Top 10 of 19 law firms for Buying Off Plan & Equity Release, Housing & Property | Taunton, Somerset

We have moved many times in our lives and Helen was without a doubt the best solicitor we've ever had. She was incredibly efficient, nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed all the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Helen Hine to anyone buying or selling a property. Thanks Helen you made a stressful time so much easier.

This was my first time buying a house by myself, and I was absolutely terrified going into the process! Emily and Jasmine were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were kind, patient, incredibly helpful and always took the time to explain things and answer my questions, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. They managed to handle both an equity release and the purchase of my new home, getting everything completed within just a few months. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful to Emily and Jasmine for making such a huge milestone in my life feel much less daunting. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. And as a lovely final touch, when I moved into my new home I received a handwritten card from them both. I thought that was incredibly sweet and really summed up how thoughtful and personal their service was. It was such a lovely gesture and one I’ll definitely remember!

We've recently used Kirsty Trevis from Maitland Walker Solicitors, Minehead for our latest move and have nothing but positive comments to report. Even though I've known Kirsty for many years, she remained professional through the whole process, always prompt to answer my many questions. She was caring, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much for seeing us through our move and thank you to the team at Maitland Walker for being so helpful too.
