We were really pleased with the service provided by our solicitor throughout the process of buying our first property. Verity was efficient and proactive, acting quickly whenever needed and helping to chase things up to minimise delays from our side. Communication was always polite, clear, and professional. When it came to signing documents, everything was explained in detail, which made us feel confident and well-informed at every stage. The TSF app was also very helpful, particularly at the beginning of our journey when uploading personal details and ID. It made the onboarding process straightforward and easy to manage. We didn’t have an easy ride with our house sale. Which highlights even more the value of a quality, reliable and professional solicitor. Emma Sharp was all of the above and more. When speaking to the rest of the chain they hardly had spoken to their solicitor and struggled to get hold of them when they did need an update.
