We are first time buyers and wanted to have a stress-free experience with buying our first home together. We were recommended Lyons Bowe by the estate agent and did our research and found Lyons Bowe were rated highly and so went with them. We were looked after by Jazmin in the New Instructions team and she has been patient and calm on the telephone when I needed to discuss our documents in more detail. Email responses were quick whenever documents were required or rectifying any mistakes. We also spoke to Tia for our Wills over the phone and she was patient, professional and very helpful in explaining all questions that we had. Our case is now with the Legal team, so I hope the process continues to be a great one.
