I was a first time buyer who was full of anxiety and nerves but Chloe at best solicitors supported me throughout. She never complained around the amount of emails I sent but kindly reassured me that all was under control. I was quoted 14 weeks due to it being a leasehold but Chloe had me exchanged and completed in under 12 weeks. Buying a house whether it’s your first one or just another purchase is extremely stressful but Chloe took that all the way and filled me with ease. I highly recommend their solicitors and will use again for future purpose.

I was buying a house and had instructed previous solicitors to do the conveyancing for me. Unfortunately they sat on it for 5 months and did bare minimum. Was worried due to mortgage offer running out, had only 1 month to go so decided to switch. Best decision I had made! Case was given to Stephen Taylor who managed to sort it all out straightaway, completed the house within a month!! I was worried that I had taken a gamble but needn't have as they sorted everything for me. Was very thorough. Thank you, I really appreciate all your help!

This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
