Chloe and her team recently dealt with my flat purchase. I was a first time buyer so it could have been a very stressful process, but Chloe and her team kept me updated and explained things fully so that I was reassured and knew exactly what was happening at each stage of the process. Chloe and her team helpfully chased up parties to ensure that matters progressed. It wasn't the most straightforward purchase for Chloe/her team to deal with but they were great and I would definitely recommend them to friends/family. Despite having to prod Slater Heelis at the beginning of the process, they have provided an outstanding service and responded to actionable queries promptly, despite the busy housing market up to July. David passed information on promptly and dealt with any issues arising and kept chasing the other solicitors if needed. The fees were reasonable although the quote does not reflect the slightly higher fees for the Lifetime ISA but other than that the fees were fixed.

We had previous experience of using Forbes (in 2003) and were very happy then, and we were very happyagain with all that Hayley did for us on this occasion, too. Especially noteworthy was her retrieval of documants relating to the setiing up of the leasehold for the area on which our house was located: information we had not seen before, and historically iinofrmative since one of us has Clitheroe links since childhood.

I experienced a dreadful situation which was a neighbour dispute. My appointed solicitor James Freeman was excellent, i cant thank him enough!!!! After 18 months of pure hell the situation was finally over and it was the dream outcome. James was patient, sympathetic and was prepared to try different approaches to tackle the problem. He was polite and quick to return calls and emails. In contrast the admin staff rarely answered the phone.

I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.
