I’m a branch manager for a local estate agent and I recently had a particularly challenging case that required urgent attention and swift action. Other local firms told me they couldn’t accommodate the request, but Tollers—and Mandy in particular—stepped up and handled it brilliantly. They turned the matter around and reached the point of exchange in under three weeks! I work with solicitors daily, but I have never encountered a conveyancer as proactive and efficient as Mandy and her team. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ll be recommending Tollers without hesitation moving forward—I’m beyond impressed!

I recently completed a sale of a freehold flat through Hegarty. Adrian and Natasha were very professional and the whole sale went through fine. Adrian and Natasha both responded quickly to my emails. Adrian was helpful in answering my questions as this was my first house purchase so I needed a bit more clarity in some areas. My purchase did take longer than I expected but I don't think that was the fault of the solicitors. There was a few periods of where Hegarty were waiting for more information. I did have to contact them to ask what was happening a few times. It would be nice for them to email you every 2 weeks say even if there's no update to confirm what they are working on and why there hasn't been any update. The letting agency said they they were very efficient.
