Working in the finance industry myself I work with hundreds of solicitors firms and I must say that ASL is the only firm worth considering. I have worked with ASL professionally as well as personally (They are my own solicitor of choice for personal matters) Consistent everytime, proactive communication, fantastic at keeping you involved with what is happening and what the next steps are, thrive on solving problems and making things work for you. Set your needs at the beginning and ASL will prioritise them to fit with the process. Don’t even bother with other solicitor firms, there isn’t even a close 2nd place. The industry is known for long drawn out processes and solicitors being slow whilst using their jargon to confuse you. If every solicitors worked like ASL then the industry would be known for speed and service level. Can’t rate them enough and will never use another solicitor. Massive thanks to Waqar and the team!

I would sum up my experience of Bradley and Suzan as truly outstanding throughout the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new one. We had not moved home in 30 years and had forgotten the many twists and turns that a transaction can take, and ours took quite a few. Bradley was always unflappable and calming (which we needed on one or two occasions when we were stressed) and his advice clear, calm and immensely helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and had our backs throughout the process. Suzan was always very responsive to any request which was a great help throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to appoint Bradley when buying or selling. We have already recommended Curwens because of him and will continue to do so.

We completed on our first home purchase in Aug with Alexandra of Smith and Co Solicitors and we are so happy with the service we received. The icing on the cake for us was getting our deed document back the day before my birthday. Smith and Co is a local firm, so well sourced and everyone we spoke with were very helpful and kind. From beginning to end we were well informed by Alexandra and we didn't need to chase our solicitor because she was on it at all times and she kept us looped in, this really helped put our minds at ease during the home buying process. We did not live locally to our solicitors or the home we purchased but this did not cause any issues with getting the purchase through before the start of the school term as we were on a deadline. We would 100% recommend Smith and Co and most importantly we would recommend our solicitor Alexandra Wolff-Evans because she is brilliant, efficient, professional, tenacious, easy to talk with and at all point provided us with good legal advice while answering the questions we had along the way. We could say so much more about the good quality service we received at Smith and Co with our solicitor Alexandra Wolff-Evans but just know that with this firm you are in very good hands.
