TRANSFER OF A FREEHOLD TITLE Time was of essence when I called Farani Taylor Solicitors on the 18th September 2025. It was going to be a joint venture which included combination of individuals, making up a team concerning purchasing of a Freehold Title. Prior to calling Farani Taylor Solicitors I was already stressed and anxious due to the fact that no other solicitor whom I had called demonstrated the ability to grasp the complexity of my enquiry when explained. My breakthrough came when I called FARANI TAYLOR SOLICITORS and was appointed Mr TAHIR NAWAZ KHAN “the only solicitor” who had the aptitude in the area of PROPERTY LAW, and understood my enquiry which I was seeking guidance in. The manner in which he handled the case of the transfer of a Registered Freehold title from current Freeholder of a grade 2 listed detached building exceeded prediction. There were 5 members and Mr Khan took upon the task of taking care of the enquiries of 5 different individuals including myself. He went above & beyond to accommodate all members to see through the assignment from start to finish. Prior to Mr Khan taking over our case, we had no prior knowledge of how to proceed in the transfer of the Freehold, which was in the best interest of all 5 members. Mr Khan was thorough in explaining everything aswell as fair and transparent in his dealings showing a duty of care. The manner in which he answered all our questions, communicated every step precisely showed active listening, understanding & experience which he held in the field. My heartfelt gratitude for MR KHAN’S highly exceptional and competent service, provided in both a friendly and accessible manner. Apart from his sheer professionalism in his dealings, Mr Khan also demonstrated an extremely humble & down to earth nature which I believe are his characteristic making him unique.
