We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jayne Taylor and Caroline Wall at PCB Solicitors for the exceptional support they provided by helping us to get through a really difficult and complex house move. PCB were engaged quite late in the process, as our previous solicitors weren’t able to deal with the purchase of a parcel of adjoining land that was part of a larger title. In an incredibly short period of time, Jayne was able to interpret the available information and present this to us in a form that was readily understandable and which made very clear the important points for consideration. What was particularly refreshing was that Jayne didn’t seek to place caveats against the information provided and was happy to stand by the excellent advice given. Due to circumstances within the chain, we only had one day between exchange and completion, which was very stressful. Caroline went out of her way to keep us updated, almost by the hour, until keys were handed over and matters were finalised. We cannot thank Jayne and Caroline enough for the support they provided as they truly made an enormous difference, as without them completion would not have been possible. Their sterling work, being available when guidance was needed and getting us through a very challenging exchange and completion made all the difference to us being able to make the move.
