Buying and selling a house is very stressful especially if you are a little older but Michelle at Russell and Russell made time to speak with us and to see us if there were any issues we didn’t understand We have heard of buyers or sellers stating they couldn’t get to speak the their solicitor and usually these were the solicitors that were fixed price all inclusive so it was important that our solicitor was local and easy to contact

We have recently moved house in formby. I used MBH as I have previously had positive involvement with them before. Samantha was our agent and she has been fantastic every step of the day, she has gone above and beyond and when a few issues arose close to completion she has been dealt with these problems and been responding to emails until 9pm at times. Definitely gone above and beyond to ensure completion. I would highly recommend MBH and certainly Samantha as an agent.

We had a very, very long and complex case involving buying a resale shared ownership and back to back staircasing. Gemma was so proactive throughout the whole process, even picking up the areas of the process that the seller’s solicitor would typically do where she was not confident in how they had been handling the case and by doing so, I know for a fact we have completed far sooner than we otherwise would have. Gemma was only ever a phone call, email or message on the app away and when we couldn’t get through on the phone or didn’t receive any updates, we learnt that this wasn’t poor communication, it was simply because they were working so hard behind the scenes to get things moving for us or chasing other solicitors/the housing association and had nothing to update us with at that time. All documents were provided when they should have been and all delays were minimised. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We would certainly use BLJ, and in particular Gemma, again. Lauren was also very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping us updated and providing us with the necessary documents.
