We recently used Sleeblackwell for the sale of our house and couldn’t have been more impressed. Louise and her excellent team — Kim, Michelle, and Sharon — were proactive, intuitive, and consistently one step ahead throughout the process. They managed every stage with great professionalism and efficiency, often turning what could have been difficult challenges into complete non-issues. We had some complexities around restricted covenants, but their deep legal knowledge and clear explanations gave us total confidence and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. Communication was excellent, the advice was always sound, and the team’s calm, can-do approach made the entire experience remarkably stress-free. We would heartily recommend [Firm Name] to anyone looking for reliable, expert conveyancing solicitors and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, Louise, Kim, Michelle, and Sharon, for an outstanding job!

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

We've recently used Kirsty Trevis from Maitland Walker Solicitors, Minehead for our latest move and have nothing but positive comments to report. Even though I've known Kirsty for many years, she remained professional through the whole process, always prompt to answer my many questions. She was caring, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much for seeing us through our move and thank you to the team at Maitland Walker for being so helpful too.
