Tracey Parsons We chose Tracey to be our solicitor after she was highly recommended to us. We had offered on a house extremely close to the stamp duty holiday cut off. There was only 8 working days left until the stamp duty holiday ended. We asked if she would be able to complete our house buying transaction in 8 working days as the saving would make a huge difference to us and enable us to complete work in our new house that we needed to do. This did not phase Tracey and she said that she thought that she would be to do this. Tracey was extremely hardworking, efficient, highly competent and thorough with a lovely manner. Her communication was outstanding at all times throughout the whole process and she kept us updated at all times with anything going on and she gave us extremely quick replies to any emails that I sent. She was friendly, clear, dedicated and we thought the job she provided for us was to a very high standard. To be able to complete our purchase to such a high standard in such a short time frame was outstanding. In the end it was completed in 7 working days. What an achievement! She is a complete asset to Aldridge and Brownlee. We would highly recommend her to absolutely everyone. You will not find a better solicitor.
