I cannot speak highly enough of Clark Willis. Alister and Rachael responded quickly and competently. They were warm and reassuring. As a first time buyer, I found them to be thorough, trustworthy and gave me absolute confidence they knew what they were talking about. If one of them was on leave, you always received a response from someone else. Alister was on leave towards the end of the process and others picked up this work, causing no delay. I will also note that my house purchase was during the stamp duty changes and this naturally could have caused a delay. The changes didn’t affect my sale and I certainly didn’t feel pushed to the back of the queue for the properties trying to avoid the charges. I still received communication about progress throughout despite what must have been a busy time for them. We completed in 6 weeks which is great (and unheard of). I would recommend them time and time again.
