I used Claire for the sale of my flat which is share of freehold and the purchase of my new house. My flat is share of freehold and Claire was excellent at communicating with the co-freeholders who are slow to respond and required a proactive approach to get the sale through. I have since recommended Claire to my Mum who also sold and purchased and we both couldn't be happier with the service we received.

As a first time buyer, the firm made my journey easier. Ashwariya Kuhendiran was very professional, proactive, and patient, responding to my queries on time. Vas solicitors sought my interest through the process, and I highly recommend them.
